Social selling, run for you

Turn your team's presence into pipeline.

94% of buying groups already have a favourite before they contact a vendor, and 95% buy from the shortlist they had on day one. Para puts your company in the conversations where that shortlist gets built, every day, in your team's real voices. You approve. We do the relentless part.

What Para is

Your buyers are deciding without you in the room.

Buyers now make first contact 61% of the way through their journey, and they buy from their day-one shortlist 95% of the time. The vetting happens before that: in LinkedIn threads, in Reddit communities, and increasingly inside an AI answer. If you're quiet through all of it, you're not on the list when the list gets made.

Every founder we talk to knows this. Almost none of them post. The intent is there and the daily execution never is, because it's the first thing that falls off a Tuesday. Guidelines don't fix it. A junior hire doesn't either, because you end up reviewing every word anyway.

Para is an expert-run, agent-powered service that builds your presence across LinkedIn, X and Reddit, using your team's real accounts. An expert learns your voice and approves everything before it goes live. Agents handle the volume underneath.

What you get back isn't a content calendar. It's people discovering you, remembering you, and starting conversations that turn into pipeline.

You're not buying comments. You're buying the inbound they create.

The solution

An expert runs it. Agents power it. You lift nothing.

01 — Expert in the loop

A person sits between every draft and the publish button, working from a deep voice file built for each of your profiles.

02 — Real voices

Your accounts, your people, value-first inside each community's norms. Nothing gets automated into embarrassment.

03 — Daily volume

Drafts every morning, published through the day, replies inside hours. Presence is a cadence, not a campaign.

04 — Homework done

We turn up with your audit finished and your competitors' audit too, so month one is measured against your own day-zero numbers.

What we publish

Four things your expertise can be, besides a text post.

Most of the feed is text, and text is what works inside someone else's thread. But if your company publishes research, ships product, or has a founder with a view, the format decides whether anyone stops.

Text

Posts and comments

The daily base load. It renders everywhere and it's the only format that works inside another person's conversation.

Image

Data cards

One chart, one finding, your brand. Built from numbers you already published. The copy argues, the card proves.

Document

Carousels

Six to ten panels, one idea per swipe. Where a full study goes when nobody is going to download the PDF.

Video

30 to 60 seconds

Face to camera or a chart walkthrough with voiceover. The one format that needs your people: about half an hour a month, batched.

Where it lands

Your own page reaches your own followers. That's the small audience.

On other people's posts

We hold a watchlist of the accounts your buyers already read: the category leaders, the analysts, the individuals who out-perform every company page in your space. When one of them posts something that starts moving, we're in the comments inside the first hour, while it's still being served.

The comment is a real contribution in your person's voice, with a number of yours in it. A link goes in only when it answers what the thread is actually asking. That test is the whole reason this reads as help instead of spam.

On your own posts

The post stays link-free and the link goes in the first comment, so the writing gets judged on the writing and the link is still one tap away. On Reddit a link only appears where the sub's norms allow it, method first, and often not at all.

Every placement is a draft your expert approves, exactly like a post. Nothing gets automated into a stranger's thread.

How it works

Set up once. Runs like clockwork.

  1. Discovery

Two calls to learn your product, your founder, and how each person actually writes.

  2. Setup

We build the voice files, connect your team's accounts, and audit where you and your category stand today.

  3. Prioritise

We pick the platforms that matter for you and set the daily volume per profile.

  4. Daily operation

Agents draft in the morning, your expert approves, and approved pieces publish across the day in your voice.

  5. Rapid response

When a high-relevance post starts trending, we're in early, while it's still getting eyes.

  6. Inbound grows

Profile visits, DMs and demo requests climb as the presence compounds. You get the numbers monthly, against your day-zero baseline.

Why it works

Presence compounds into pipeline.

Buyers vet you before they talk to you

86% of decision-makers would invite a company producing strong thought leadership into an RFP, and 60% would pay a premium to work with one.

Peers outrank your own website

Peer recommendations are the most trusted source at 73%, ahead of vendor websites at 55% and AI chatbots at 39%. Among software buyers, 32% research on Reddit.

Real voices carry further than pages

In a category audit we ran in August 2026, the best-performing post across six competitor pages didn't come from a page at all. It was one person reacting to their own company's report, and it beat that company page's median by ten times.

You get found inside AI answers

51% of B2B software buyers now start research in an AI chatbot more often than in Google, up from 29% a year earlier, and 85% think more highly of a vendor a chatbot mentions. Those tools send less than 1% of their traffic back out, so being cited in the answer is the outcome. There is no click coming.

What we've seen

Real teams. Real inbound.

Lamina — AI video platform

Sign-ups went from around 50 a week to around 350 a week within six weeks of going live, on the back of consistent founder presence and daily conversations in-market.

What we report

Inbound conversations and leads from social is the number we're judged on. Underneath it, monthly: profile visits, follower growth, impressions, and your share of AI answers.

FAQ

The questions we get on every first call.

Whose accounts are used?

Yours. Your founder's and your team's real profiles. We never post from a page pretending to be a person, and we never run a profile the person hasn't agreed to.

What if I don't like a draft?

Nothing goes out without approval. The voice file gets updated with what you rejected and why, which is how the drafts stop needing edits after the first few weeks.

What if it isn't working?

It's month to month. Stop any time, no lock-in and no refund clause to argue about, because we'd rather you leave than be trapped.

How soon will I see inbound?

Delivery starts immediately. The leading signals, profile visits and DMs and follower growth, usually move inside one to two months as the presence compounds. Pipeline follows those, not the other way round.

Why not just buy an agent tool?

The tool isn't the product. The expert at every decision point is, because the cost of getting your founder's voice wrong in public is much higher than the cost of the tool.

Why not just run ads?

Different game. Ads stop the moment you stop paying. Presence builds organic authority and AI visibility that keeps working after the invoice.

Is this automated posting?

Agents do research, drafting and scheduling. A human approves every single piece before it publishes, and a human answers the replies.
